History and culture of Russia

Today we began our second day in Moscow at 8.30 with a good breakfast after a night in our hot bedroom!!!

With a littel bit of delay we joint the russian students and we took a coach. Our destination was the main bilding of International accademy of tourism.
The "travel" was funny: the streets were very huge and it was difficult for us to undestand if the cars can overpass on the right or on the left....

Finally, after 1.30 hours on bus we arrived in Riat, where the director and the teachers were waiting for us: they made us a lot of photos and showed us the entire school!

First lesson with Tatyana was about history and culture of Russia...we learnt a lot of interesting things such as the evolution of Russia: from monarchy to republic in 1991.
As far as the culture concerned we took about a lot of russian artists like Chekhov, Dostoevsky and Tchikovsky...

After our lunch with russian students, always too kind, in their school canteen we had our "welcome party".......
The party was a meeting with the russian students.....an oppurtunity to introduce better ourselves and undestand better the way of life of russian people.
In fact each one of them spoke on a particular topic about Russia....Giulia spoke about cusine, Arthemy about the golden rings, Margherita about the holydays and festivity...

At the end of the party we came back to the hotel to had a rest.....but the day is not still finished!!!
After a quick dinner alla togheter at Mc Donald's (the best one when you are on late.....) we joint the russian students near the Red Squared......where once again they were charming to bring a gruop of rumoros italian students to taste the most famous russian beverage: Vodka!!!

For today it's all..........we are waiting for a another wonderful day here in Moscow!!!
